    Mitt Romney 2012
    "Come on, Mitt, think."
Former Secretary of State Colin Powell, on Romney's assertion that Russia is the U.S.'s number one geopolitical foe

Not a problem.  Mitt Romney will believe and think anything that will get him elected.

Mitt Romney's Campagin bowed to pressure from Poo Flinging Monkeys like Bryan Fischer and the American Family Association.  Surely he will bow to pressure from a noted Military Hero of the Republican Party.

    Name the Movie?
Police Constable Nicholas Angel: born and schooled in London, graduated Canterbury University in 1993 with a double first in Politics and Sociology. Attended Hendon College of Police Training. Displayed great aptitude in field exercises, notably Urban Pacification and Riot Control. Academically excelled in theoretical course work and final year examinations. Received a Baton of Honour, graduated with distinction into the Metropolitan Police Service and quickly established an effectiveness and popularity within the community. Proceeded to improve skill base with courses in advanced driving... and advanced cycling. He became heavily involved in a number of extra-vocational activities and to this day, he holds the Met record for the hundred metre dash. In 2001, he began active duty with the renowned SO19 Armed Response Unit and received a Bravery Award for efforts in the resolution of Operation Crackdown. In the last twelve months, he has received nine special commendations, achieved highest arrest record for any officer in the Met and sustained three injuries in the line of duty, most recently in December when wounded by a man dressed as Father Christmas.

    Mitt Romney Achieved the Impossible?
    A)  Bryan Fischer:  A Poo-Flinging-Monkey and chief provocateur of the American Family Association, criticized Mitt Romney's campaign for having, Richard Grenell, a known homosexual, as foreign policy spokesman.
    B)  Richard Grenell 'stepped down' from the campaign.
    C)  Bryan Fischer then criticized the Romney campaign for knuckling to pressure from people like Bryan Fischer.
"If Mitt Romney can be pushed around, intimidated, coerced, co-opted by a conservative radio talk show host in Middle America, then how is he going to stand up to the Chinese? How is he going to stand up to Putin? How is he going to stand up to North Korea if he can be pushed around by a yokel like me? I don’t think Romney is realizing the doubts that this begins to raise about his leadership."
    D)  Anyone who takes Poo-Flinging-Monkeys like Bryan Fischer seriously deserve to be publicly mocked.

    ERGO:
Mitt Romney has achieved what I thought was impossible:  I agree with the Poo-Flinging-Monkey Bryan Fischer

How can Mitt Romney hope to be able to handle the Presidency of the United States if he cannot resist pressure from Right Wing Nut Jobs like Bryan Fischer and the American Family Association?

    The New Colossus
    The New Colossus

Not like the brazen giant of Greek fame,

    With conquering limbs astride from land to land;

Here at our sea-washed, sunset gates shall stand

A mighty woman with a torch, whose flame

Is the imprisoned lightning, and her name

Mother of Exiles. From her beacon-hand

Glows world-wide welcome; her mild eyes command

The air-bridged harbor that twin cities frame.

"Keep ancient lands, your storied pomp!" cries she

With silent lips. "Give me your tired, your poor,

Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free,

The wretched refuse of your teeming shore.

Send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me,

I lift my lamp beside the golden door!"

    Paul Cameron Said What?
Paul Cameron of the Family Research Institute... Continues his obsession with homosexuality.

"Mark my words clearly; the long term goal of the homosexual movement is to get every little boy to grab his ankles and every little girl to give it a try. They will not rest until every one of our children at least gets to try, has the opportunity and maybe is forced to at least once experience homosexual acts. There is no retreating from that, they made it very clear earlier on—now they don’t take about it—but that’s what they want, they will not be happy until they get it, marriage is just a step along the way."

    Sad, just sad.

The amazing things is that anyone even listens to him.

    Sigh.

JP Morgan Chase: Preposterous: House of Cards: Don't Sneeze!
House of Cards = No Sneezing!

JP Morgan Chase, the bank, has lost 2 BILLION DOLLARS in bad bets trying to hedge their bets, but because they wagered the money of their depositors it is the government, IE the American People who ultimately get the bill; Yet again.  Love the New economy:  Privatizing Profits and Socializing Risks.

In an era where it is clear that large banks like JP Morgan Chase have little clue what they are doing, and where they continue to speculate wildly with money which is not their own, and trusting to the American people to bail them out, it can only seem preposterous that they are continuing to push for even more deregulation with only the assurance that  "Trust us we know what we are doing."

JP Morgan Chase(Trust us we know what we are doing) + Yet Another Banking Failure = Preposterous!

Obviously if the American People are going to assure that banks cannot fail, then sane regulations are needed or the banks will run rough shod over the American People taking the most preposterous of risks because they know their is no risk, for the banks.  Luckily Obama is leading the charge against....  Oops, I seem to have that wrong

Obama assures us that the banks are well ran and in excellent shape.  Now this is obviously false, so why is President Obama lying?  I mean this is crack head level of disconnection from reality; Isn't it?

Obama will not say anything bad about the banks; because he fears Destruction of the American Economy if people loose trust  in the Banking System.  Six huge, too big to fail, banks control most of the US Economy.  Obviously if the American People are going to assure that banks cannot fail, then sane regulations are needed or the banks will run rough shod over the American People taking the most preposterous of risks because they know their is no risk, for the banks. The fear is that lose of trust in the illusions and tissues of lies that is the modern American banking System would be as disastrous as a sneeze to a House of Cards.

Meanwhile the Foxes are still running the hen house, and charging us for the hens they eat.  But we can trust them, who knows more about hens then Foxes?  After all it is in their Nature.

Shh!  It's the Economy!  Don't Sneeze!

    A Joke?

"I have a mindset that says bipartisanship ought to consist of Democrats coming to the Republican point of view."

Republican Senate Nominee Richard Mourdock, after defeating Senator Richard Lugar in Indiana's Republican Primary.

Perhaps its just blind optimism but I assume this is just a joke and will treat Senatorial Candidate Richard Mourdock accordingly.

    What the?
"If General Motors, Ford and Chrysler get the bailout that their chief executives asked for yesterday, you can kiss the American automotive industry goodbye."
    -- Mitt Romney, 2008

"Bailout of enterprises that are in trouble, that's not the way to go. I know President Bush started it with the auto industry. I thought it was a mistake."
    -- Mitt Romney, 2009

"I pushed the idea of a managed bankruptcy, and finally when that was done, and help was given, the companies got back on their feet. So, I'll take a lot of credit for the fact that this industry has come back."
    -- Mitt Romney, 2012

"I objected to bailouts of the automotive industry and still think it was a horrible mistake.  However I will call it managed bankruptcy instead and claim credit for the comeback."

Crushing Blow to Romney's Presidential Hopes
"Today I am suspending the campaign, but suspending the campaign does not mean suspending citizenship," Newt Gingrich said today officially dropped out of the 2012 Republican Presidential Nomination Race.

Romney supporters reacted in stunned horror as Gingrich continued; "I'm asked sometimes, Is Mitt Romney conservative?,,,And my answer is simple: Compared to Barack Obama? This is not a choice between Mitt Romney and Ronald Reagan. This is a choice between Mitt Romney and the most radical leftist president in history."

The Romney campaign, which can only be stunned by this announcement, have yet to publicly respond how they are going to deal with the devastation of association with Newt Gingrich.  Washington insiders opine that any hope Romney might have can only come from the incredibly tepid nature of Newt Gingrich's endorsement.

Sources within the Democratic party report hoping Newt Gingrich continues struggling to appear relevant, as his existence on the national stage can only hurt the Republicans in 2012.

Shuttle Discovery now a Museum Piece
After a long and storied career the STS program, Space transport System, aka the Shuttle Program is over. The fleet is being put into mothballs and three museums are getting impressive displays.  For decades the shuttle has embodied the American Dream of advancement and betterment, been the symbol of the US's technological might and been the work horse of slow advancement into the frontier of space.

The shuttle program was the best of the available 1970's engineering, lasted decades longer then intended, never neared the cost effectiveness desired, built the ISS (International Space Station), blew up fewer times then feared, never lived up to expectations and exceeded our wildest dreams.

The Model-A of near earth manned space travel we salute the shuttle's passing, a passing long coming, and look forward to the coming SLS Space Launch System, the Model-T of manned space flight, arriving perhaps in late 2017.

Is their an attack on Motherhood?
Following some comments last week about the value and sacrifice of motherhood...  Perhaps these quotes will focus us back on the salient point.

"Now Mom and Dad both have to work whether they want to or not, and usually one of them has two jobs."
    -- Mitt Romney, 1994

"Even if you have a child two years of age, you need to go to work... I want individuals to have the dignity of work."
    -- Mitt Romney, January, 2012

"I made a choice to stay home and raise five boys. Believe me, it was hard work."

Gingrich attacks Fox News for Bias
This and similar headlines abound today as Newt Gingrich does the thing he excels at; Attacking.  But this time he is attacking Foxed News,

"I think Fox has been for Romney all the way through,"  Reported Realclearpoliticsdotcom Wednesday (April 11, 2012) as Newt Gingrich met with Tea Party leaders in Deleware.  "In our experience, Callista and I both believe CNN is less biased than Fox this year. We are more likely to get neutral coverage out of CNN than we are of Fox, and we're more likely to get distortion out of Fox. That's just a fact."

But we know Newt Gingrich, like all other Fox Detractors is wrong, because Fox News tells us they are Fair and Balanced.

How long will Gingrich continue to attack Fox News?  As long as it continues to bring him attention.

Rick Santorum Suspends Campaign, DNaPaR Mourns
With no chance of winning the 2012 Republican Nomination for President, former Senator Rick Santorum* has suspended his campaign.

DNaPaR (Democratic National Alliance of Parody and Ridicule) spokesman Dr. Itsaj Okeson declared a moment of silence out of respect for their lose.

"We felt lost with Rick Santorum's* bow to the inevitable, but have taken heart that Newt Gingrich will stay the course and inflict any  indecency upon the Republican Party as long as it is to the greater glory of Newt Gingrich."

"The Santorum* is dead, long live Newt Gingrich."

God Commands People to Kill Children?
    First The Setup:
A friend received a business size card with his receipt while checking out of a store.   On the front was a Photoshopped picture of a Possum and Dog*** combined.  The Caption reads:  I.Q. TEST:  What kind of animal is this?

    On the back:
If you guessed "Possudog***" (a mix between a possum and a dog) you're right!  Evolutionists say transitionary fossils (one species evolving into another) exist due to incremental changes over millions of years eventually leading to something as ridiculous as a "Possudog***."  Yet no transitionary fossils have ever been found.  The truth is that God created all things to reproduce after their "kind."  Dogs only reproduce dogs, rabbits only reproduce rabbits and humans only reproduce humans.  What we can learn from fossils is that those creatures lived, were buried suddenly, and died. ...

***The animals and name have been changed to protect the identity of the card maker whom appears local, but otherwise the description and the quote are accurate.

The card continues on, but it is these first few lines I want to point out. This shows a clear misunderstanding of the Theory of Evolution.  A misunderstanding so profound that one can only assume intentional deception (i.e. Lying) on the part of the card creator or on the part of the people that informed him or her.  So as reasoned presentation of information does not seem to sway people on this matter, then how about a Parody Argument?

God Commands People to Kill Children?

Theists say God commanded the Godly man Abraham to kill his son Isaac. Theists also say God sends the angel of death to kill all first born sons in Egypt.  Yet Abraham did not kills his son Isacc and clearly most first born sons in Egypt do not mysteriously die in their sleep.  The truth is God does not command us to do something ridiculous as Kill Children.  ...

    Any Questions?
